How to share my guidebook

Sharing your digital guidebook with guests is quick and simple with SmoothStay. The easiest, most direct way is to use a general share link. Here's how it works:

Your guidebook has a permanent, general share link that guests can access anytime without date restrictions. This is great for:

Sending in booking confirmations
Including in welcome messages
Printing on QR codes or signage

Whereas:

The general share link never expires and remains the same unless you manually generate a new token for security reasons.

Security token

Generating a new security token will create a fresh general share link for the unit 'Casa Koba'.
